Driving Engaging Internal Narratives and Corporate Training Initiatives at Mastercard International

I collaborate closely with the internal communications team at Mastercard International, working together to craft compelling messaging to inform, entertain and educate the global workforce. With an established and vibrant culture in place and the analytics to tell us more about them, we tailored messaging in engaging execution styles to reach our audience effectively. While most projects focus on this global audience, I frequently take on the responsibility of providing presentation support for the annual Board of Directors meetings, catering to a C-suite audience. Throughout these endeavors, we explore various approaches and styles, while maintaining a firm adherence to the brand standard and tone to achieve our communication objectives. Additionally, some of our projects extend into corporate training, where our primary goal is to educate employees and new hires on team structures, workflows, new initiatives, and company updates.

Video Editing/Production
Assisted in capturing video testimonials and interview-style footage. Skillfully selected and edited the recorded material into impactful, focused segments, optimized for integration with motion assets..

Motion/Graphic Design
Revitalized brand-approved graphic assets through dynamic motion, effectively guiding the viewers' focus from one topic to the next. Skillfully identified key content to accentuate and introduced captivating transitional elements to seamlessly flow through each topic.

Voiceover
Engaged in reading, recording, editing, and incorporating the approved script to produce a professional-sounding voice-over that perfectly complemented the project's tone.
